About This Manual

The Florida Direct Sellers & Consumers Coalition maintains this Membership Policies and Procedures Manual to establish clear and consistent standards for members and Coalition participants.

The Manual applies to Company Members, Vendor Members, Distributor Members, approved member representatives, sponsors, speakers, advisors, consultants, and other persons using Coalition programs, information, events, or relationships.

If this Manual conflicts with applicable law, the Coalition’s Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, or an applicable Membership Agreement, those controlling documents shall govern.
