Who We Are

The Florida Direct Sellers & Consumers Coalition (FLDSCC) is a 501(c)(4) advocacy organization dedicated to protecting and strengthening the direct selling channel in Florida. We bring together company leaders, independent entrepreneurs, policymakers, and industry experts to ensure that free enterprise, innovation, and opportunity remain accessible to all Floridians.

Our Mission

Our mission is to protect and strengthen Florida’s direct selling community by engaging lawmakers, promoting fair policy, expanding education, and building meaningful industry relationships.

Aligned With Florida 2030 Vision

The Florida Direct Sellers & Consumers Coalition supports the broader economic vision outlined in the Florida 2030 Blueprint by the Florida Chamber of Commerce.

As Florida continues to focus on economic growth, workforce expansion, and entrepreneurship, direct selling plays an important role in empowering individuals to participate in free enterprise and small business ownership.

We believe the direct selling channel contributes meaningfully to Florida’s long-term economic strength and opportunity.

Who We Represent

We represent direct selling companies, independent contractors, network marketing organizations, gig-based platforms, affiliate programs, and the vendors who support them.
