With over a decade of experience supporting direct selling and D2C companies, Connor brings deep expertise in technology, digital transformation, and salesforce modernization. Through ShapeTech Solutions, he helps companies leverage data-driven, full-stack technology to scale operations, empower independent sellers, and drive measurable growth.
As the Coalition advances toward supporting the next generation of companies and distributors, Connor provides a critical perspective at the intersection of innovation, technology, and field success. He will represent the Coalition at Capitol Hill Day and participate in a technology panel focused on emerging trends and best practices shaping the direct selling channel today.
Connor is also an active contributor to the Direct Selling Association and the Direct Selling Education Foundation, advocating for innovation, integrity, and long-term sustainability within the industry.
